It's more easy for you catch $30 USD from some friend or anyone from your family than someone give it to you since you have no collateral to offer.

There a risk already in your request loan.  no valid collateral no one will try to loan on you. And another  problem a is you just want to widraw your money in gambling sites what if the site didn't pay you? Much better if you will to loan in your relatives or close friends.
