It is weird that the game was bought by someone as big as wet-suit who as far as I know also owns freebitco.in which is one of the biggest websites in crypto space. Just from advertisement they are making a huge bank and considering they have a high house edge dice as well and a ticket lottery system etc etc they are really huge.

When someone like wet-suit usually buys websites like this you would expect a big change and improvement to the website but apparently they did not care about it at all. They probably needed the source code of something and outright bought the website and took the code they need and left the website to die.

I hope everyone will get their money out of the website, I would also like to point out do not think your problems with this website will transition to freebitco.in because it won't and they are really good on that website.

There is nothing anyone can do except the OP is back online in this forum and provides an explanation. You can see the discussion in this thread before, there are some people who try to contact OP through PM or by sending an email to support this game site but so far it has not worked. It's very unfortunate when gambling sites are visited by many people but now just die.

Kingdice is the best site an best kept secret in the btc gambling world imo...  i know at least the past servers or whatnot were unable to handle more than a handful of users betting at the same time (got laggy if more) so the more down low its kept on the better it is for real rollers  who enjoy the hell out of the site...

everytime there has been a problem, i admit i panic... but experience has proven that all will be well sooner or later.

if you really think about it..... how often do any of you have any problems here depositing betting or withdrawing?  personally i have had 2 times a issue come up where i would withdraw and it would not show up in my history but got deducted from my account, i freaked out cause it was large withdraws and my only money in RL or online left lol... but  it was some blockchain lag i think and got resolved without admin intervention on its own...

2 times its happened and i panicked and ended up great in the end... another issue one time i had was very similar actually to this, it was like 2 years ago though cant recall what it was exactly but it was super slow rolls or stuck like this... im not sure how or who ended up fixing  it but it  got done and we were on our way again.

This site should be an example to all gambling sites... the simplicity and the way it works in the backend imo is magnificent...

Think about it... a gambling site, without support staff needed, without any moderators online to help (cause there never is any real problems! only for noobs when they ask about free coins i guess or random people  or just a friendly guy in chat to keep it clean thats mods work  online here... and its ok without one. its not the end of the world.. chat gets kinda spammy though... Id gladly take a step up and help out in chat regulation, bu to delet the ref links and just vulgar language sometimes...

 admins dont even bother checking up on the site i think cause its a well oiled machine... it has the funds in there to accommodate average users like me who never withdrew more than 0.1 i think at once.. usually my smaller... but  had 100ish btc i think in bankroll.. so  that was good... is good....   then lets see....

i love it , it works without workers.. no employees needed in a sense or volunteers.. yes i know its not gonna stay forever that way, i wish it did and not change... but sometime in the future ive heard wetsuit once he has time to develop the site into how he sees it in his mind..

i plead to the admins and owner or just wetsuit... dont ever consider taking this site down cause of potential problems  like the ones experrenced  once in a while like we are now..  it really is a second home for me... the animation omg, one of a kind, truly unique..

anyways...

i love you kept this going and kept the site alive.. we all breathe life into it! thank you !

so guys, stop the complaining or negative attitudes, just report the bugs and be thankful you are able to play on the site for so long....

I do not think it is weird enough since there is some risk too when it comes to business. This gambling market has much risker thing because it will get up and down trend really quick just in a couple of years, so if you think that wetsuit is wrong when they buying this site, I can say you are wrong here because we never know the future of anything before we try it. wetsuit is away on a business trip at the moment but I have emailed him to let him know that there are problems. The support of Kingdice is handled by someone else and there isn't any more I can do. I don't think it is that wetsuit doesn't care but after buying it he found out that there was a much more work involved than he envisaged (the code is a mess and needs rewriting from the ground up) and he hasn't been able to find the time to do it.

Apart from the massive issue that there is still no sign of support, therefore Bitcoins trapped in accounts that cannot be recovered without a support

They are indeed heading in the same direction but kingdice's situation is far from those two. It can still be fixed once wetsuit has enough free time on his hands.

I think Quin is more correct on the assertions. Also just because a casino wants to shut down doesn't mean it has to scam everyone on the way out. Fairly ridiculous behavior overall.

But, yeah, I think the growth for crypto gambling is there since there's a huge market segment that can migrate to crypto for the better house edge, superior experiences (when they aren't scamming everyone), easier deposits/withdrawals, easier regulatory frameworks based on countries and the like.

It's a use case for crypto that is simply far superior to fiat unlike many forced implementations, for example, overstock, where the net user benefit there is quite small.

Personally, I would prefer the crypto online casinos, rather than fiats.
Because, via crypto, I can have more privacy, in terms of money flows from casinos to casinos, from bank accounts to casinos, for instance.

I believe the owner is still active monitoring the site. As a proof, the domain was expired some time ago and it has been just renewed. Means that the owner is still working to make this site alive but indeed he seems to be inactive in this thread to answer or at least to give an update on what is going on with site regularly.
