i think no, maybe betking has been amazed for kingdice site since they give good and provably fair to their bettors, and also the king doesn't mean that they are been affiliated to each other since anyone can named themselves for that, but we also maybe they've joined forces so that they can expand their business and decide to run this one,

and also just ignore it aslong as they are fair enough to bet on well thats totally ok, betking neither kingdice got good rep in this industry.

It is not provably fair just because you never won? Afaik it is provably fair as there is a way to verify your rolls, you never won because you were unlucky imho. To make sure it is provably fair or not you can ask NLNico as the master of provably fairness system on this forum.

Indeed it's not easy to run a gambling site. bankroll and security are the biggest problem when running a gambling site. i would suggest to use moneypot to build a really unique site to attract the players/gamblers.
