This is possibly an april fools joke but im guessing if they did act like this it would cause the opposite effect than what they want.

Compare the source code for other sites "seized by department of homeland security" and you will find 2 differences. The image name format and the source code is completely different. Lastly, justice.gov nor dhs.gov says anything about it. I believe it may be an April Fools joke too.
