As most already say Coinbase is the one best solutions. Safe and Quick. Wire transfer and credit/debit card accepted. They ask you Verification(for your safety) but you can take 10$ in bitcoins when you purchase. I have heard of Circle but don't know how they work really I think they work like localbitcoin would. You can exchange cash for bitcoin that way too. |

Thanks a lot  As a beginner, only to make the first buy it seems to be little difficult for you. So for the first time you could try with localbitcoins, because it gives access to different traders who accept payment in different forms. You can go with one that you're convenient. |

I have heard of Circle but don't know how they work really I think they work like localbitcoin would. You can exchange cash for bitcoin that way too. No, Circle is not like LocalBitcoins, it is a proper legit company, it is regulated and complies fully with the law. However, you can only use credit/debit cards or a bank account to buy bitcoin and depending on your account level, you might have weekly purchase limits. On the plus side, it's super easy and super fast to buy Bitcoin with card and their fees are low. And your funds on Circle is insured |

Why not you check out the currency exchange section. There are many opportunity you may find or you may use coinbase for best exhange.

Yes currency exchange section sometime it has big percentage but some of them are doing 1:1 trading but be careful trading someone sometimes you really can save fee's but you will get scammed in the end just be careful mate that's it. |

I have an account in a certain exchange site in our country and there is no problem with me every time I buy and sell my bitcoins. I think that is not a problem now as exchange sites are more trustworthy than just buying coins from someone else. |

Try from localbitcoins.info. We have very many trusted traders. They sell bitcoins for less amount. We have so many traders signed up here. We have their contact details as well. They are very responsive and true to their transactions. This could be the correct time for buying I would say though the price is really up now. The more bitcoins you have in your wallets, they more turnover you will gain.
Its actually localbitcoins.com but not localbitcoins.info, but you are right that its really a great platform for trading bitcoins on really good rates, i'm not sure about buying from there as never did it but i use to sell my bitcoins from there and never had any problems yet, really smooth transactions. |

Yes, coinbase should be the best platform to buy bitcoin. So far it has been the best and safest exchanger, it recently added support for use of credit card and paypal account to the existing bank deposits it accepts before. Hence, you can just go there and get the best rate. |
