Hey guys,
I've been using popads for a while now and all I can say is:
If you respect your users, do not freaking use popads. Avoid it at any cost.
A lot of users started complaining in the last 2 days that they're getting weird ads/pops, so I asked them give me links of such.
They serve the worst content, they also serve scareware (scaring you that your computer is infected and that you've been hacked, etc, so you pay the smartass who published that ad to "unlock it".)
If they don't control their content, no one else can.
So, what I need is feedback on pop under networks you're using. A big plus is if I can limit pop under rate 1/24 - 2/24 hours, etc.

I am now using popads.net, they have a good reputation, similarly short.est
You can set pop under limit 1/24
In my opinion, propellar ads is more profitable than these two, but they have a bad reputation for serving shady ads.

personally, I prefer to write my own popup code and use the cpv links from cpmbux cpx24 and adzbux in a random rotaton or whatever. Of course it's nice to use features like onclick and popunder.

Propeller ads does pay well, but as stated they do serve shady ads... but in my experiences almost all pop under networks tend to have malware / shady ads to begin with.
I have yet to find a network that has decent pop under advertisements and pays well.
I'll be testing a network soon that I found recently, and let you know how it turns out.

I've been using cointraffic.io for a short time and haven't received any complaints about malicious and/or questionable popunders.
I agree that Propeller Ads has some really shady ads that show up now and then. I'm using them on my second faucet, but am going to look for alternatives once I reach the minimum payout threshold.

I've been using cointraffic as well, they're my main popunder network  I'm just looking for a second one. I've tried adsterra, propeller and one more btc related, all sucked with their content. |

My vote goes to PropellerAds... It's a big company... Well, try one different every week and see the results, maybe it's the best way... Or you can put a different one in each website since you have a lot of domains...

Yeah, I'm using it on pokebits.com and satoshiwars.com, but not popunders, but shortener. How's their popunder CPM in general? Some of those networks control their quality, some others don't. I was able to tell adsterra remove some ads, so they did. They care about their customers/publishers, but their CPM was bad for my content. |

I used propeller ads once. But I had problem with them. I don't know why, I suddenly can't login to my account at that time. I had over $35 earnings. I contact their support to fix this. They replied that they can login to my account and the problem is on my side. They asked me to clear cache, cookies etc etc. and then try again. I did the same but the result also same "can't login". After one month effort I surrendered. The problem is still unsolved. They always say that they can login and the problem is on my side. Same answer but no solution. I lost my all hard earnings.  |

I use PopAds.net , PropellerAds.com , Cointraffic.io
Since you have a good US traffic (from what you said) you should try PopAds.net (the rates for US traffic are high)
Other advantages is that you can limit the number of ads and the low limit for withdrawal (5$) - they pay through Paypal.
PropellerAds have low rates (wich change every day) and too many pops (you can't limit the number)
I'm testing a new network (only for 2 days). If the results are good, I will update my answer and include it.
Conclusion: without Adsense ... hard times for webmasters.
