I need a site that shows me all the hashrates of all the pools. Also if there is any site recommending minimum fee per kb rate. Please  post below with link if you know any sites that suits above as I said.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Blockchain.info and other explorers should give you those information's percentage only , If you want to get the real numbers then you should check this one : https://data.bitcoinity.org/bitcoin/hashrate/6m?c=m&r=week&t=a (I'm not sure If all pools are available , though)

You can find hash rate of bitcoin mining here

https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty

https://blockchain.info/charts/hash-rate

https://blockchain.info/pools

For bitcoin mining fees calculation i am using this site, but i usually add 0-180 minutes fee

https://bitcoinfees.21.co/#delay
