Hello,

i am very new to bitcoins and i want to know if it is possible to exchange Bitcoins in EURO (Cash - like face to face) in Berlin/Germany.
If yes, where? If yes, how volatile is it? Is it easy to exchange Bitcoins in... lets say 10.000€ EUR within a day.

If not: How i get bitcoins in cash when i dont want to use my paypal/skrill/bank account.

I think localbitcoins is what you're looking for.

You can locate bitcoins sellers around you, or in a specific city.
Concerning the amount of money you want to invest, it depends upon the seller himself.

I tried to search for the next 3 smaller cities in germany but i get the same message. It seems to be not possible to get bitcoins in cash via this website in germany.
Other countries are not an option for me. I don't feel safe, because when you are crossing the border the max. allowed amount is only 10k Euro.

Are there any other options to tur bitcoins in money anonymous?

I just want to warn you not to deal with bitcoin purchases via PayPal. ToS of PayPal clearly forbid any kind of currency exchange activities.
Of course there are people who are trading PayPal to Bitcoin and vice versa but they are either doing it unknowingly of simply don't care about potential ban.

Visit localbitcoins.com you can find that guy there that selling bitcoins for the payment method you want.Thats method you can use to buy bitcoins using cash.

There is a service called Bitpanda that is probably not forbidden in you country since it is Austria very close to Germany I believe.
They allow bitcoin to paypal conversions. Then if you have it linked to your bank account you can have it withdrawn to that then to fiat.
They deal in Euro so there is no fees for conversions.

hmm, this sounds very strange! even my country has some people buy/sell bitcoin on localbitcoins!
there are a couple of other places like localbitcoins but i don't post their link because i don't like them myself , you can find them by searching though.

also you have two other options:

- go on currency exchange board of forum or Germany board and see if you can find someone around you there that agrees on meeting you then meet in a public and crowded place for trade

- there are some exchangers that are working with some of the online money payment processors like webmoney, okpay,... it may not be as anonymous but still is a way

Even I use to do my trading in localbitcoins only but in european region Karken and coinbase very good in trading. Better you do trading in any one in these trading site. Both are secured and you can trade huge volume as well.

You can try bitcoin debit cards as a permanent solutions or you may go for BTMs but not sure Berlin got any bitcoin ATMs, (remembered, Munich has). Please note both bitcoin debit cards and bitcoin ATMs may have high fees for your requirement.

Cryptopay looks exactly like what i am looking for. Unfortunately the max. lifetime withdrawal limit for unverified accounts is only 1.000€ (without ID card verification)

The other Debit card providers are smilar:

It seems to be impossible to get huge amounts (10k€+) in cash anonymously.

Those huge amounts are not possible without submitting ID as a requirement because of laundering money for bad questionable things like terrorism is the main reason for these limits.
Sorry to tell you this but it is the law that each processor must abide by before getting their license of distributation.

Unfortunately you're not going to be able to convert large sums of money to Bitcoin without ID verification. That said, you could post an ad on social media or check the German board on here for possible contacts. But of course you need to be extra careful when dealing outside the law, especially when meeting complete strangers face to face to transact big amounts.
