 want a vcc that is reloadable easily by paypal/skrill/bitcoin/other methods and with a IBAN. can pay for this 23$ in paypal or if any other method just tell

I can provide you this service but the IBAN issue will have to do with your desired countries because it does not work with all countries and your budget is quite low.

i saw empty vcc + iban for $15, but alright if you got it tell me how much and if i feel the budget is fine, i could do it. polish iban or similar is fine

Just get a LeuPay account, it's for free, you get the real plastic card also for free and you get a separate IBAN for every currency.

i do not want plastic, only IBAN or IBAN + card. does leupay have iban only? does it require id and proof of address?
