Problem is his network is new so there is not much advertiser,it take time to get much advertiser

The reason is simple: he is sick (mental problems) ... another reason is the fact that I did not accepted his xxx website (pregoxxx.net) in our network.
I reported many of his posts for rude language, maybe a moderator will show him the door.
