i dont think its a good idea to buy this kind of things coz the seller can easily restore the account and you will lose your money so its batter to make your own account

Is there any good reason for you to buy a fully verified PayPal account? If not then you can create one and use it right? Unless you want to cheat someone, then you may want someone else account to do those things. They way you put up things in this thread looks like your professional in doing this kind of business using brought PayPal accounts.

lol, I was looking for a Paypal account and these are the exact questions I prepared for asking to sellers. Clearly you are someone whom I contacted on this forum or another forum who was trying to sell me a Paypal account (Which you didn't have).
