Because if you haven't one, or you didn't want to explain in details, his look as a PONZI scheme .

As you say he trade on forex or with altcoin ... but without any practical information about the investment it's only a ponzi scheme, and there is anything to say more.

ps with this high % ROI proposed I think it's absolutely normal go in the local bank account and ask for a loan, and not come here and ask pennies from users.

The fund will be use to build bitcoin mining farm in Asia. And i am still at the stage of gather people who are interested.
