There is no such a thing as Bitcentravo from what I've searched , there is Bitcentavo(NBE) but It seems dead , It has no trading volume on coinmarketcap : https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcentavo/ and their announcement thread is closed and has no replies from 2014.
