I think most of people just exchange the btc and trash the cards....

some wealthy entrepreneur decided to drop a total of 1 billion business cards, having a blank bitcoin address and its private key on each side of them, from air to ten major cities of usa? Would the common folks be interested in using these cards as regular money? Would this act be permitted by law?

Probably would be ignored by all but maybe 1-2% of the population, especially if the addresses are empty. A majority of people would pick them up and try to see if there is anything stored, but if there isn't then they'd be disregarded by most people imo. And it likely wouldn't be legal because of littering laws.

Cards are just going to be disregarded for it is still physical and many businessmen are going to find it very disturbing if they are going to bring it as they go. Unlike if they are going to shift in bitcoin what is going to happen, is that they are going to be comfortable that their money is safe if being invested into bitcoins today.

I think that 60% of the people (or even more) don`t know anything about bitcoin and don`t know

what is a bitcoin wallet address and a private key.So most of the people will destroy

the business cards.

You didn't mention, that there were any Bitcoins in these "blank bitcoin adresses", so I guess it would be easier to create your own private key, instead of using a compromised one from a random card that you found on the street.

If there actually were Bitcoin in it, I would instantly send them to a wallet, that only I am controlling.

Bitcoin is not a bubble, it's the pin!

i think its not a good idea to because it will make the price of bitcoin will get down quickly and huge people will register into the market exchange and use their amount in that wallet to withdraw or selling their bitcoin amount into localbitcoins and soon the price will fall.

Nothing of significance would happen. Street cleaning would be more work, since 99.5% of the cards will be left on the ground. Even of the remaining 0.5% I really doubt that many people would take the effort to recover the Bitcoin stored on them. Most of the coins will be recovered by very few individuals who already know about Bitcoin.

It's pretty clear that such an effort would not lead to more Bitcoin adoption - it could even be detrimental. The reason is a psychological one: People tend to be suspicious of seemingly "free" gifts and don't perceive them as valuable. They could even think that Bitcoin is owned by a company that tries to sell their product to them...

To do an airdrop, the billionaire would have to buy up bitcoins at first. So the price will go through the roof before the drop even starts.
So you needn't be worried about what will happen to the price when people start spending their coins.
