Rule & Term :

1] Only constructive posts will be counted.
2] Minimum 90 post per month to get paid
3] Posts with less than 100 characters will not be counted as eligible.
4] Posts in Sections : Investor-based games, Off-Topic, Games&Rounds, Politics&Society, Local board , Legal and Archival will not be counted as eligible.
5] Negative users are not allowed to join in this campaign.
6] Any alts if found will be kicked without any payment.
7] Posts in Signature Campaign thread (inc. this as well) , Avatar Campaign , any other social campaign thread , giveaway and promotional threads will not be counted as eligible.
8] Do not remove your signature until I have process the payment
9] Anyone completing 70% of posts or more in 1 day will be kicked.
10] During the campaign if a participant ranks get upgraded he/she will be paid according to the previous rank until there is a free spot available in promoted rank.

It is the standard rule of almost all sign campaigns and the rate is fair enough if you have a good math to count the rate.

Look at this :
Hero Member : 0.1 per month for 90posts = 0.0011xx per post
Sr. Member : 0.075/month = 0.00083 per post
Full Member : 0.05/month = 0.0005xx per post
Member : 0.025/month = 0.00027xx per post

And now please take a look at other campaigns, there are some other campaign have lower rate than this one. Anyway, you are newbie then why you complaining for something that you cant even participate on it?

The rate per post is not mentioned as the OP mentions minimum number of posts required as 90. Maximum number of posts per month is not mentioned.

Maximum number of posts per month is not mentioned.

It is a fixed pay monthly campaign. Failing to reach 90 posts will result in zero payments. 90 posts may seem as big requirement but for a monthly campaign it is reasonable.
These are my interpretation, confirming by OP may help participants to understand better.
