Why should you trust me?- All messages can and will be cryptographically signed (PGP) on request. You can find the staked key here.
- All funds will be held in a Ledger wallet, unless the exchange calls for sending bitcoin to groups of people. (Ledger wallet doesn't allow multiple non-change outputs in one transaction, for some reason...)

The fee to send the transaction to the seller will usually be charged from the amount sent to me, because of simplicity and to balance our the fact that the sender pays a fee, so the receiver can also pay a tx fee to balance it out.
But if the two parties come to a conclusion with something different, just notify me before the trade starts.
How to initiate an escrow trade.
1. Post in this thread with the below form filled out.
2. I will PM you and your trade partner for a confirmation.
3. When I receive a confirmation from both of you, I will request that the user holding the BTC will send it to me.
4. After the transaction has received 3 confirmations or as soon as I can reply, the other user will do the service/send the goods.
5. After the buyer has received the goods/services, I will release the BTC.
If any dispute arises, the users will need to provide evidence/proof for their side. It will be posted publicly in the community, unless a user believes that their information is private and only I shall view it.
Based on the community's verdict or mine in the latter case, the funds shall be returned or sent accordingly, minus a 2.5% dispute fee, with a minimum of 0.001
BTC.
Be sure to include details such as who the buyer is, who the seller is, who will bear the 1% escrow fee, what is being traded, BTC exchange rate, etc.
If I'm available, I'll usually get back to you within a few minutes
I will never require a fee. This is a service to the community.

Any tips go toward a Trezor 2.0 when it comes out. If there are matching transactions, I may ask for a signed message or a dust transaction to prove that you own the address. This is extremely rare and only will happen when someone tries to impersonate you.
