http://www.callcoinbot.com, a new Telegram bot  which allows making cheap international calls. Valuing user’s confidentiality, it accepts payments in Bitcoin cryptocurrency and recharge codes. The bot was created by 120 minutes, Latvian-Canadian group of developers.

On connection quality. Callcoin bot offers high quality telephony via callback instead of VoIP, which differentiates it from other popular call services.
 
Tariffs. Callcoin allows making international calls several times cheaper than popular messengers and cell phone carriers. For example, a Callcoin call from Canada to France will be charged 4 eurocents per minute. Standard rates for the same call vary from 10 to 20 eurocents. The same framework is applied to other countries popular among the EU residents. A call from US to Italy will be charged only 5-6 eurocents per minute from Mexico to Spain will be charged 3 eurocents per minute. Incoming calls to Australia, for example, – 2-4 eurocents/minute.

On the service. At the moment, the bot is fluent in two languages — English and Russian. Interface, menus and buttons are familiar and easy to use. User does not have to register with his or her own phone number to use the bot. User`s credit is topped-up via Bitcoin and recharge codes, both of them easy to purchase on various online-platforms. In addition, anyone is able to create recharge codes and send them to other users. What is more, one can check his or her Callcoin credit, view history, check the tariffs, rent a different phone number, set a Caller ID and set multiple numbers for call-back.
 
On the future. In the first year, the developers plan to connect about 100K users to the bot, as well as to expand its functionality, particularly, to offer not call-related financial solutions for the Bitcoin owners.

This is an interesting concept and I think i have heard of this technology being used before where they call you back with the international call so they can offer it at a lower rate to the caller.

There are several interesting ideas behind the project - one of them is to rent numbers from different countries instantly to have local rates instead of international which allows to avoid regulatory restrictions.

The bot seems good I didn't used it but looks like a nice concept for someone who uses telegram and would like to pay with bitcoin. But I personally,  for international I prefer Internet calls which are free.

But how to hangup a call 
i made a test call to my phone , it works, but i dont picked up.
So after the ringing ends there was nothing shown in telegram ....after about 10min a message comes in telegram that the balance is all used.

I have a guess - there should be a call forward setup on your phone if call is not answered.

I checked your site and discovered that some numbers are giving to someone that want to make a call with the options to choose from any countries, is it possible to retain this number and can someone receive an sms from this number.

Currently it is possible to instantly rent numbers from Russia and Latvia. And you may keep the number as long as you rent it.
There is a small monthly fee for renting the number which is automatically deducted from your balance in the beginning of the month.
Those are fixed numbers, so no regular incoming/outgoing SMS can be handled - just voice calls.

The sad part is,bot only works for telegram and wouldn't need to be explicitly implemented for whatsapp or hike since they offer free calling service anyway.My point being,why do you think anyone pay for something when they can just switch apps and do the same thing for zero fees?The rates from the search bar results are displayed in pounds,
 1.Are those the rates per minute/per 2 minutes ?
 2.Wouldn't it be better to provide rates in bitcoin as well?

Good questions!
Caller ID hiding feature will drop the the ability of making low cost calls in the most cases.
The regulatory statements in Europe/Russia currently allows fixed/mobile operators to charge the calls depending on a Caller IDs (local / non-local).
So if you are calling to some EU country with EU Caller ID - you have low rate, but if there is non-EU Caller ID or not valid/empty Caller ID - there is much higher rate for such call.
That's why there should be correct and open Caller ID to make cheap calls and that is why there is an offer to rent local numbers - to become local caller.

Look, Telegram is open source and it offers great bot API - try a @callcoinbot to see the cool things behind its implementation + evaluate how convenient to use it. Anyway it is better to try than to discuss. )

There are a lot of destinations still you may not reach except by a regular phone call. So there are no attempts to compete with a something free ... the idea is to make expensive things cheaper, keeping the quality high.

1. Service uses callback technology. Rates are in € (eur), per minute and cover both legs of a callback.
2. Yes, probably is is a fine idea to show a rates in Bitcoin also! Should think about it.

Actually there are no messengers (including WhatsApp) that offer services for bot development like Telegram currently does.
Moreover the most popular messengers officially provide information about user activity to PRISM upon request, but Callcoin cares about it's users security and privacy.
