This sounds very shady to me.
You are trying to send PayPal funds from an account to another account and than to bank?
I do not understand what your plans are...
If it doesn't involve a scam/something illegal than send me a PM.

I cashout money in paypal and send  85% in bitcoin it could be from limited account or h....*...₹.. send me a pm will cashout and you get you 85% in btc.

On to your next scam attempt, I am suprized you still haven't been red tagged with all your shady listings every single day, I am sure someone in the DT list will notice very soon and leave you a negative rating.

And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death.
It's not that I'm afraid to die. I just don't want to be there when it happens.
While I thought that I was learning how to live, I have been learning how to die.

op is very strangely written. The way i see it, he wants people to send them PP details and promisses to pay 85% balance in btc, but since
he doesn't seam to mind if accounts are hacked - it definitely looks shady to me and would avoid. (i'm guessing "h....*" and "black PP" stands for that)
DT should tag him asap.

I did not even see the **** part, I must have misread it.
Anyways PayPal is a shit company which I will never use again for trading on here.
I am done with their shit support, and chargeback stuff. Op deserves negative trust, I think I know an alt account of him.

Please read the OP, he states he runs a cashout service, he's not giving away free BTC...
Next to this, i personally think OP's post is a bit shady, so even if you need a paypal cashout, i'd think twice and asking for escrow before using OP's service.

OP is shady as fuk on here. Was going back and forth with this dude and he started explaining some weird shit on what he plans to do. Not only that, he says he cashes out hacked accounts or he hacks them. I have no clue. Guy's english is as bad as a turtle.
