What if then 48 hours passed and the account got banned without me receiving the item that I ordered? The refund should be available until the buyer has received an item that he ordered using the account that he purchased from you..
When i tested accounts and the amount i should be adding to them. Only increasingly high amount of credit got the account banned within 24hrs. So far i have no reports of any account user using an account after the 48hrs and being banned. If the account does happen to be banned after the 48hrs pending on how the user treated the account i may refund.
