- At least he need have a full member account

If a member starts ANN with a member account or more than that,

-The password has been changed recently, so he might brought this account
-He needs to have hands on experience on how to deal with market conditions as this is his first coin
-If he got some experience, then people will ask why did he start one more coin again??
