Hello, I'm having issues with 2 hash boards in 2 separate S9's. the first is weird behavior, in the next screen caps you can see it,
starts normal and after a while the board 2 (middle) start to show X, some times missing chips, and sometimes the entire board disappears.

I change power supplies, same issue,
change data cables, same issue,
change the board to another miner, same issue
lower clock speed (even to 100), same issue
swap control, same issue

any body have a idea of what the problem could be? i watch a video on youtube that maybe be cold solder points? there is no physical
signals of any damage (burn point in the board, missing components, missing heat sinks).

I contacted bitmain to try to troubleshoot the boards or maybe send details info for repair but the answer is just send the boards to Hong Kong,
I'm hopping that to be last resource.

the second board just seems dead, no lights, no heat, nothing shows on webui, dead.
all miners working between 40-50°C.
miners are Antminers S9-B10 (11.85Th/s - 550MHz)

Where are you located?

If youre in the US then you could try Bitmain Warranty in the states.

work for around 2 weeks, then started to behave weird, the random x appearing and dessapearing. I removed the defective board, the others 2 board are currently hashing at expected hash rate at stock 550MHz speed.

try a few things first, try with lower hashrate (if the firmware allow it) if still having the problem, replace power supply and test, replace or swap data cables (ribbon white ones) and test, if you have more than one miner, try putting the board on another miner, if problem persist just send them to repair.

Hello, same problem here... exactly the same.

Any news about the problem or about the RMA process on BITMAIN?

Thankyou
