in 09/10/2016 I placed a buy order ID#BBT5294958 and my credit card was charged but my order status is still "in process"
I keep trying hard sending my case via your support email and get no response...
what's going on?
If you're having a problem with a site tell us the name. bitcointalk.org isn't affiliated with whatever site you're using.
Along with that most of the sites usually don't accept credit cards or debit cards to buy bitcoin, unless they asked you to verify your identity before, so if thats the case, you should also look into charging back.
