It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

And why would anybody send to you first? Huh So you get the coins and not pay them or if you do then you just initiate a chargeback an hour later after receiving the coins?
Someone tried doing this already on me but they had no proof to provide so it was reversed a few hours later.
