Two lots of negative feedback on your profile and you want to trade with PayPal which is reversible. Btc isn't reversible. . I doubt you will find anyone to trade with but good luck.

And why would anybody send to you first? So you get the coins and not pay them or if you do then you just initiate a chargeback an hour later after receiving the coins?
Someone tried doing this already on me but they had no proof to provide so it was reversed a few hours later.
