If you send from exchange, make absolutely sure your investment shows your Bitcointalk profile ID in the last 4 satoshi digits, otherwise your investment will not be protected.

After the ICO i intend to preliminary enlarge the team by 1-2 people.

This project seems interesting, is there a team ready or is the founder waiting to assemble the team after the ICO? Can someone throw more light to it. Since sebastianju is escrowing the ICO, it should be receiving positive responses form the community. I wish the project the very best!
