I don't think the lack of marketing strategies is the main reason. Ceal has no obvious advantage over its opponents Steem and Synereo. Also, it seems there's no business model in this project. |

I don't think the lack of marketing strategies is the main reason. Ceal has no obvious advantage over its opponents Steem and Synereo. Also, it seems there's no business model in this project. I honestly don't know much about the architecture behind steem or synereo. Are they both 100% anonymous (hides IP/identity)? Encrypted messaging? It would seem to me that they don't have the same goal as ours, which is simply freedom of speech and trade. Anti-censorship if you will. |

I hope the project can be successful, it is important to list the ceal and Steem and Synereo difference, what technological innovation? Steem and Synereo official team holds too many tokens, investors are very unfavorable, perhaps ceal team can consider adding advertising filtering, the user can choose to accept what type of advertising, and earn tokens

Not sure about Synereo but you can create 100% anonymous account in Steem, so there should be no problem with censorship. |

MAIN-platform (most user) of steem (steemit) is fully centralized and not anonymous. The architecture is indeed decentralized like the steem-devs explain and not to be censored. They are all great proejcts. But different motivations, goals, use-cases.. But again, we are comparing apples with cheesecake. Our main goal is clearly anarchistic meriocracy. It is like facebook, twitter, blogger. They have many things in common (technically). But they are all totaly different. (our system is based on a overlay-network. This is the biggest difference. hello chinadaye, we will create a table with differences soon for the users who did not read/understand the concept. The idea is connecting freedom-fighter, revolutionaries, anarchists, whistleblower, journalists and any human with critical thoughts with each. The network features of cealNET together build a meriocratic base for a censorship-free system. You really should read up the website and all the information before asking such a question =) Although, my own earlier question of what happens if the target doesn't reach a reasonable amount... Anyone want to address that? we do not have a specific target. We only have a limit set. So for example if only 10% of the limit get filled, then all existent ceal-tokens are divided upon the supporters (of this 10%). |

Is the bittorent network seeders anonymity guaranteed or will it still be possible to track their IP? 3. What is the motivation/reward for the bittorrent seeders to keep seeding and sharing content? 4. Do you honestly think your platform will be the most attractive option from the competition for above said services and why? I truly hope a project like this succeeds and we need it VERY SOON! the design did not left space for a bottleneck. as aforementioned we do NOT store data (in the sense of images, texts, and so on) in the blockchain. we store data (in the sense of content) in the layer 2-3 of the cealNET. the blockchain layer (#1) is solely used for registration/authentication. To your question if our platform will scale: I think so, but only time will show us. The dht concept will distribute the content-resources steady to every dht-node (data include content-information itself and profile infos. These data is produced on a very slow volume. The registration database exists on every node (blockchain scheme) with just ~hundred bytes per user. This reg-database will grow once we reach million of users but will never be comparable to the bitcoin tx-db. We have some plans for future enhacements (lightweight client, not in need to load complete reg-db, and so on and so on). 2. Is the bittorent network seeders anonymity guaranteed or will it still be possible to track their IP?
Swarm members in the bittorrent network know each ONLY by IP and this is good so. This bittorrent layer provides NO track/trail of the username. Content which is stored in the network never is related to the network alias. For example look at the DHT network: Normally each user is identified via IDx which reveals a users IP, port and even online-presence because it contains the hashed username. Instead we simply hash the IP and port of a user and use this information hash(ip,port) as the unique node-identifier. (More about the mechanism of securing the identity of users is described in the scientific paper incl. the proposed tuples.) 3. What is the motivation/reward for the bittorrent seeders to keep seeding and sharing content?

You asked me for a honest anwser. You get a honest answer: Now i will not preach how good we will be and we will be the best and so on and so on. NO - this is wrong. This is what our capitalistic, marketoriented economy (and new world order) has brought/teached us. Look at other projects. Also at the centralized network. Humans not only use facebook, or only instagram. No - they use it all. I like competetive projects and how competetion can motivate each. But i think we can all coexist. Learn from each other - and make it hard for the "controllers" to quiten us and shut us down. TOGETHER, as a collective we can reach anything. |

22 BTC raised so far, are you guys going to cancel the project if you are unable to raise sufficient fund or go ahead with the development and come for another RICO the way Synereo guys did, personally I like the project and I will be watching this space if funding amount improve significantly I am going to invest because one of the things I have learnt in crypto is not to be emotionally attached to any project
