Maybe he is using online wallet like coinbase xapo or local wallet those online wallet has no fee..
The wallet that i'm use is electrum so i need to pay for fee for transaction maybe he not do not know the other wallet.
But i think it can be also the advantage because they are not asking for fee for every transaction and it is also risky because those wallet is online..

Exactly, bitcoin has no control so that it flows naturally and everyone can use it in the way we want and that’s the biggest advantage of it. It’s also good from price as well as popularity point of view because bitcoin price is determined by the users indirectly (law of demand and supply) and natural flow makes it difficult for others to manipulate price (although some incidents affect price but that’s due to panic selling or buying) there is no direct authority other than we as a bitcoin users.
