[Resolved] Bitinstant failed a transfer from dwolla to mtgox, is money gone?

Ppl,

I have tried twice to transfer funds from my dwolla account to mtgox. Both transfers failed, i.e. I got nothing in my mtgox account. Checking the status on bitinstant shows errors.
However, the funds were deducted from dwolla! So I'm missing my $150 now.

What's the process to resolve this issue? I got zero help from bitinstant's support.

What's the process to resolve this issue?

They probably aren't looking for new threads reporting a problem.  Instead, how about reporting your issue in their thread -- that's probably the quickest to resolution:

I still have $0 in my mtgox account. The issue is anything but resolved.
Did anyone look into this at all? Once it's fixed I'd be glad to change the title accordingly.
