You need to wait a few days, when they have done distributions for you, you will get ardor tokens.

Ok...it's October 14th and I too have not received my ARDOR on Poloniex.  When are the tokens supposed to be deposited?  I see that Ardor is already trading on Bittrex so SOMEBODY has Ardor.  Why not us?

Follow up question:

If I move my NXT from Poloniex to myNXT.info wallet, will that interfere with me receiving my Ardor?  Or should I just leave it on Poloniex until the distribution happens?

with you own 826 nxt it doesnt mean youll get ardor, because people get ardor is people who hold nxt on July 14th to October 12th or average during snapshot 90 days

so if you hold only 1 day youll get nothing
