The title and the post seem to contradict each other, do you mean you gambled or actually invested in a site?

For gambling, there's nothing really that you can do about it as it's luck. Just play at a site with a lower house edge for a higher chance of winning.
For investing, there is many different options, but if you only want to invest a small amount, you'll have to invest in a smaller site with a smaller bankroll so that your small investment can actually go somewhere.

I'm not aware of any site that has a 'minimum loss', it's all just based on luck and variance.

i don't think that there are any site can give winning with less lost because what we winning is some amount of what we bet. so if we bet high, then if we win the games then the reward maybe is high too.

Im not sure if there's a gamblinh site who offers their players to win more in their bet, and come to think of it does company get their revenue if they we let their players always win? Most websites only have limits for 0.001 BTC. You should try to get that amount and just bet with that amount.

Playing for pennies when it is 100% of your whole bankroll isn't a cool thing to do.

There's no such website, because most of them accept withdrawals starting at 50k satoshis. By small amounts, I'm not sure if you mean more or less than that but I'd recommend you to try PrimeDice.

If you want to lossless then no need to search any particular site because you can do this on all sites. If you load an amount which you want to lose, then it will be a minimum amount for you. No such sites like you can lose minimum and can win a big amount. It all depends on luck.

However predicting last letter of block hash is really hard and risky and also wining 8 mbtc is not much as there is high probability that a single number may not came up in block hash for even hundreds of blocks. But wining 16 times is really good odd and i haven't tried betting in this site yet.

This is really hard to predict 1 correct digit out of 16 even it's risky but nice to place bet on blockchain based game, I played on that site and placed few bets there but I was not lucky to make the correct prediction there, because where players have very low chance to win and it's all about luck.
