Cheating in a giveaway will not result to a ban but more like of getting a negative feedback. It's kind of funny because the post was created back on august and now a complaint. Anyway it was his own money that he paid to the user including his alt so I think there is no harm done but if you see another giveaway that he used both his account to enter that'll be a complete cheating. I hope he get his account painted soon.

Yes I know it's not a typical situation (and there is only a little probability) but maybe....

BTW this is one of the situation when DT members add a red trust, because how you can trust an user that get advantage from the giveaways he managed?
