You should try to check LocalBitcoins or try a established company like Circle for that amount.

Bitcoin is a decentralized currency. Why is hard to buy bitcoin if you live in some countries?

That was such a huge amount I guess no one here will sell you on one deal unless you send first,if bitcoin is popular in Angola then just publish an ad but don't post you are buying that amount, deal with at least ten person to be safe.

I wonder why it is so difficult for you to buy this from your localbitcoin but if this is not money laundry, i will advise you to buy perfectmoney or the likes from your local store and register with btc-e then buy up the price of btc.

I guess, you will not be able to buy such a big amount in single shot. You need to find many sellers in many different days. So, that you will be able to move to such a big amount of buying. Fortunately, there will be many options to buy bitcoins locally paxful.com is another service where you may find a bitcoin seller locally.

you must be a rich person that live in angola. i think you can find the seller on localbitcoin and ask them if they have 1000 btc or not. or you can find several seller on localbitcoin to make a transaction with them but my suggestion is better you careful because 1000 btc is not small amount of money you want to spend so find reputable seller on that site. or the other option, you can search on local person which have bitcoin and ask them.

is there any hurdle you feeling in buying bitcoin , or any any other issue you are facing in buying bitcoin, bitcoin is a universal currency and no matter that from which country you are as bitcoin is a decentralize currency and it do not matter that where you re from and from which country.

I don't think theres a solo person holdinh such huge amount of btc in their wallets and you might gonna fall down and get scam if you push to do so, so its better for you to buy on your locals or follow the suggestion of some people here, and if you really a buyer i think you really get an idea now on where to buy some btc, and always be carefull since many scammers are here just sitting and waiting for their victims.

Do you have live cash? Because Angola is not so undeveloped. If you want to trade it for Bitcoin, there's no way withouy paying taxes. Even if I buy it for you, early or later I'll have to ask for your money. So how would it be sent? By WU, by Moneygram? Even if I travel to Angola it won't be cheap. So... This is a problem and you should take a look and use Moneygram then every traders in Localbitcoins because many of them are trusted sellers... You should also look into banks to fill a credit card with travel money. You know, you have many ways but it will cost a little more then the current price. Btw, you should look to Paypal, WU transfers in another country. But like I said, you should buy medium amounts by many traders. I'll think about any other method then I PM you.

Biggest issue alot of those options have a monthly limit, to prevent money laundering so even if it was sent through wu you'd still get red flagged for laundering on both ends. PayPal reports to the bsa, and taking that duffle bag full of cash back from Angola would most likely get confiscated upon crossing either border without a private flight.
