I am looking for someone who can build up (hardware and software)
a decent middlerange mining rig (I am situated in Germany).
Something about 1000-1500 €.
Lacking time and knowledge to get involved in it myself too much,
I just want to mine.
But it seems impossible to find something like that on the market.
Happy to pay very appropriatly for this effort/service.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Have you considered the return-on-investment for this rig?  I looked into mining using the OpenCL/CUDA code on dedicated hardware, and concluded that it wasn't worth my effort.  I also looked into running on Amazon EC2, and concluded that I would spend 30x my expected return.

Before you shell out €1500, I want to make sure you've crunched your numbers and are satisfied with your probable ROI.
