Here's a little update:
I received my vouch copy from OP very quickly. The explanation is short yet simple. Technically speaking the method should work and it really doesn't require much work besides for the initial setup and then cashing out. I'll have to do a bit more research into the exact specifics but it seems like it genuinely could work. The only problem I see with this is the fact that the method could stop working at any given time.

I'm going to look into this a little more before deciding whether or not I'll give it a try. I'll update you all shortly
