Offering 0.5 BTC for any existing Bitcoin core dev to review and create a needed unit test for this in demand wallet feature. Will raise funds for GUI development thereafter.

FYI-- Greg brought up some valid concerns about Locking coins far into the future. Thus the plan is to only allow up to 1 year or less CLTV within the GUI so we don't have a ton of users dangerously locking up their coins far into the future.

Luke just did a rebase so its ready when you are , please let me know and I can send the 0.5 BTC to luke to pay you or escrow . Must be existing core dev with previous merged code in bitcoin core.
