I hadn't used this argument when connecting to mining.cz but tried it today on deepbit.  Anyone have any experience setting this flag optimally with the HD 5xxx series cards (5750 and 5870 respectively)?

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I've had the flag -f 1 increase my mining by around 30%.

So depending on your GPU type you may need to experiment with it.
