Hi,

I've discovered this site (http://www. cloudhashing .com/ (Moderator note: Be wary of scams ) but I can't find any information elsewhere about this service. It looks like a scam to me but it is a nicely put together one.

I did contact them and they provided a quick reply stating that they'll promote more in the next few days. I then enquired about what would happen if BFL never ship their ASICs but haven't heard back from them since (it has only been an hour).

Has anyone some recommendations about it ? I'm really curious as I've seen some other mining services where you can invest some small amount of money in their equipment.

Thank you

Please note that all of such services are outed as scams so far. I don't think this is much different.

Wow that is a fast answer ! Thanks for it.

Just what I suspected. I'll keep an eye on them and will try to provide updates.

For future references and just as an indicator, as of right now,

Hi,

I am the proud owner of cloudhashing.com. Yes I understand that there have been services in the past that have been less than trustworthy. We are not in that way inclined.

We have 3 mini rigs on pre order with BFL. This represents a massive $90,000 investment in what I hope to be one of the largest shared mining effort available to the public. We have the contracts set as sold out while trying to complete sale of the 4th machine hash power. This was done on the action of BFL doubling their pricing overnight. With over 231 individual customers we are making great efforts to achieve our aim.

We have made proof available to existing customers on demand of our BFL orders and accompanying swift payments.

I had to respond to this posting so as to distance ourselves from any illegitimate practise and the possibility of it soiling our rather good name and will. For those interested in buying contracts, we hope to make an announcement soon about additional sales. This all depends on when BFL release additional info on new Minirig price and hash power.

Happy mining all :-)

Stephen

@Aparadox,

I can't find your mail anywhere but I apologise for any delay in getting back to you.

If BFL fail to deliver, we will issue a refund once BFL provide us with a refund. If anybody wants a refund even if BFL do deliver, we would gladly and promptly issue one.

Out of over 200 customers, we have issued 2 refunds. These were requested when NFL reported issues they were having with power management. Apart from that, we and others are daily confident BFL will deliver a solid product.

Kind regards

Stephen

Hi,

Yes we use a forwarding address and a virtual office. Its kind of the way small businesses start out to keep costs low.
No need to rent expensive premises etc. We are a very new business. There is nothing wrong with that setup at all last time we checked.

Kind regards.

Thanks for the advice.

We don't seem to have any issues selling contracts at the moment as our contract sale number dictates. We love bitcoins like the rest of the community and plan to support and invest in it for the foreseeable future.

All the best.

I find it interesting that the contracts that start next month are cheaper than the ones that start in june and july. Generally, with money type contracts, you pay less for delivery farther in the future. Such as if you're buying some type of commodities futures contract, you would pay less for delivery in six months than you would for delivery tomorrow. Although I suppose this could be due to the uncertainty about when BFL will, if ever, actually deliver.

Hi,

Good point. The May ones are generally cheaper because we started selling those when demand for shared mining was low. Once that was sold out, demand was higher so prices had to rise for further machines.

Warm regards

Bad,

That is correct. We should hopefully have more contracts available once we get news from BFL (hardware supplier) about the latest Mini rig configuration and cost.
