Let me start by saying I'd post in his thread if I could but I'm still a newbie here. Has anybody gotten white listing to work with Slush's pool yet? I'm just sitting here mining another pool, but I want to switch back over to Slush's ASAP.

Does anybody know if it's live yet? I can't find it, but maybe I'm not looking hard enough.

I'm now at another pool, too. But outcome was higher at Slush's than at BTCGuild or deepbit.net, so I would like to continue at Slush's, too. But then again whitelisting ist a problem too as I ohnly have a dynamic IP for my mining machines (and hell no, I won't dig tunnels to a static IP for this...).

I have a dynamic IP as well, so this sucks. Just switched to Eligius pool... was mining steadily until they introduced the new maximum payout limits... today is not a good day for me.

I've got all my computing power working on MtRed.com right now (the Reddit bitcoin mining pool). At least it's working right now, and it's FREE. They don't take a %, they just ask you to donate, if you want. While we're all waiting for Slush's pool again, we might as well all get on the same pool until then.

I see the IP White List in the account tab now, but even though my IP's are white listed I still cant connect to any of the sites

mining.bitcoin.cz
mining2.bitcoin.cz
api.bitcoin.cz

I was hoping to get on when I saw white listing :/

Does anyone know if he has posted anywhere how his whitelist is working?  Can I use a range (if I am behind a transparant proxy with multiple proxies)?  It allows for DNS but is that checked everytime the ip tries to connect (not likely) or is it only checked when you first put it in?  This would make it less useful for dynamic addresses?
