You say you an do this, do you even know what he is buying or selling since the thread is not clear even a little bit, which from your side shows some untrustworthy behavior and OP is also sketchy.
It's almost december and scammers are coming out of the woodworks on a daily basis and would advise every to use an escrow for all their deals.

i think he is saying that he has 1200$ in his BTC wallet but he want to cash out them But the exact point is (is he a scammer. Is he want to find anyone who will send him first etc ) i m also looking for these answers is he willing to use escrow or want me to send first
