It's been nearly a day since I've deposited 10BTC into my Blockchain wallet.  Other side confirmed it went out but no coins yet?  Why?  Was it because it was 10 BTC?

Normally, when i used the same method and transferred a couple coins at a time, never would have a problem.

I sent a message to Blockchain and have not heard a response.

Where are my coins?

I've never had any problems with blockchain. Transfers IN and OUT have been virtually instant. You can also use bitcoin-qt to sync your wallet and that always tallies with my blockchain account.

Always include a fee.  a few cents gets your txn included in the next block.

Thanks for the "fee" tip,.  I have to look how to do that on Blockchain.  As i've always seen it, it only has "my deposit address" and says "this is where people can send you money etc"  I've never seen an option to check off a fee.

Yes.  A very small fee (0.0005 BTC) significantly increases the likelihood that a miner will include your transaction in the next block mined.

If the transaction has been relayed, then anyone can find the inputs if they have the transactionID:

I can tell you that 10 BTC were sent to that address on 2013-03-25 and that those 10 BTC have already been spent as seen here:

I can also tell you that 10 BTC were sent to that address on 2013-03-23 and that those 10 BTC have already been spent as seen here:

There do not appear to be any outstanding transactions for 10 BTC to that address.  You'll need to check with the sending wallet.  It appears that either the transaction was never relayed to the network (and the bitcoins are therefore still in the original wallet), or that the transaction failed to receive any confirmations for some reason and has expired (and the bitcoins are therefore still in the original wallet).

Since I don't know anything about the wallet that has address 1LTUD1mEkgPjj19g8TrhgfiicuDKt3mteG, I'm unable to tell you where these bitcoins went or why.  If 1LTUD1mEkgPjj19g8TrhgfiicuDKt3mteG is part of a hosted wallet somewhere, it is possible that the bitcoins were simply transferred to cold storage while internally continuing to show you your original account balance.

There is no transaction currently visible on the bitcoin network at blockchain.info within the past 24 hours sending 10 BTC to that address.  That transaction was either never relayed or has expired (or you accidentally entered the wrong address).  You'll have to check the original wallet to determine what happened.  If you can get a transactionID from the original wallet, I can assist you further.

Correct, the dates I posted are the ONLY 10 BTC transactions to that address that are currently visible at blockchain.info.  If you have sent a more recent transaction, then as I said:

Depends on the wallet, and how you use it.

Based on our conversation so far, I'm assuming that you are using https://blockchain.info/wallet for your wallet.  Typically that wallet would inform you if there were something preventing it from relaying the transaction or if the transaction did not receive any confirmations after an extended time.  Under either of those conditions, it would typically adjust the balance to reflect that the bitcoins were still in the wallet and had not been successfully sent.

If you are using https://blockchain.info/wallet, and you log in to the original wallet, and you still see the balance -10 BTC, and the wallet still has the transactionID of the transaction, then please share the transactionID here so we can look it up at:

http://blockchain.info/tx/YOUR_TRANSACTION_ID_HERE

If you are using https://blockchain.info/wallet, and you log in to the original wallet, and the balance no longer shows -10 BTC, then you can attempt to re-send the transaction.

If you are using https://blockchain.info/wallet, and you log in to the original wallet, and you still see the balance -10 BTC, and the wallet does not have the transactionID of the original transaction (or that transaction is not visible at http://blockchain.info/tx/YOUR_TRANSACTION_ID_HERE) then you will need assistance from blockchain.info support.  You can then attempt to contact Piuk via PM.  He is the resident blockchain.info expert here at bitcointalk.org:
