Is it possible to pay a transaction fee for a transaction from a web such as mtgox or bitcoin.de to my walled? last transaction I did took 10 hours to be confirmed...

I guess you can. In the on-line wallet blockchain.info it is an account setting.

So if I transfer from bitcoin.de to my Bitcoin-qt wallet where I have to put the transaction fee, in the bitcoin.de web or in the bitcoin-qt? I have seen that there is an option on the bitcoin-qt but not in the bitcouin.de web.

Gox has an option to include a transaction fee when you withdrawal via bitcoin transfer. You have to check the box at the bottom that says include transfer fee.

It is right on the withdraw page for MtGox.  How could you miss it?

I haven't used mt.gox yet, I could not finde any think like that for Bitcoin.de  Embarrassed
