If you want one started I advice that you do not,people do not or have enough of 100% premine coins with nothing to offer but wallet and blockexplorer,also if you do not have a technical knowledge it will cost you a lot and those people who's going to invest,it's not worth it.

You are not going to "get" one for free..
So you will have to pay money for the "premined coin".
So..
Take that money you already have to spend and go buy an existing coin.
Then you are actually doing something productive.. vs supporting another shitcoin.

You can probably find one pretty damn cheap..

I was offered a coin more than once.. mine full control + keys to Github etc. (for free)
You could have taken one over is what i was saying.

Sounds like you don't want to though and i bet all you want to do is change the graphics.
Which is why i made my suggestion.

You can use some of the existing coin,like a takeover from a dead coin since they are open source you can take it up or corraborate to an existing coin that are cheap,it's much cheaper that way you can get help from the devs of that coin in case there are issues.

if you are talking about develop your own coin, forget it dude... you will need to learn a lot of things before you create your own "ponzi scheme".

 Its not so easy to make a coin. People who tell you things are easy are usually the people that have no idea what they are talking about. Obviously if you know how then cloning a coin is of relative ease. But why ? I see you habe this new account and you asking questions like that. Your name is not even the name of your coin either so why the new account ?

There services here that make coins. The reason they do it is because most people give up on their coin or try to scam.
