What exactly did the support told you?
Maybe you are using some kind of IP which automatically is being blocked by blockchain.

Maybe it is , maybe it is not. What we know for sure is that you should not rely on them to hold your coins for you. You don't control the private keys of your bitcoin addresses there and when you don't control private keys of your own bitcoin wallet addresses , you don't own any bitcoin. Move to desktop wallets.

Go the the Alternative clients section here in the forum and check all the great desktop wallets there.

can you show me where in their reply they said "Now you can login"?!!!

the reply is obvious enough. probably because you have not been using your account or possible used it with a new IP address than before, or any other similar suspicious activities they disabled your account (the first line) reply this message and answer the 3 questions and if it is really your own account it will be enabled again!

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.

Carelessly i have to say that the mistake is from your end because coinbase account cannot be hacked because of various security layers unless by someone that have access to your computer but your account can be disabled due to long period of inactivity.

Did you already answered that 1, 2 and 3 question? What is their response?

Here you can see, they reply. Then I change my password as they describe. After that when I try to login to my account. Same problem occur again.

After resetting password they told you to response to them again. It's usual you will have a error prompt when you logged in since the issue isn't clear at the moment.

Any more infos? Coinbase will not give dirt to their big company name just because of that. How much bitcoins do you have there? May I know even an average?

Looks like they are just trying to make sure you account is actually being used by you before they reactivate it, this is a good thing although it might be painful right now for you having to take these extra steps.

The message says to change your password and then respond to them, I would guess that once you change your password if you reply to them they can then check and confirm it was changed and then perhaps reactivate your account.

You could always use another service if you are unhappy with them, Circle for example are another similar exchange.

Did you report them before these conversation for the hacked statement. If so they are doing correct stes to confirm your account. Just don't blindly assume they said something what you expected fro them. Read completely their response and act accordingly, You will receive access to your account and wallet.

Don't assume for a response, the problem solved and everything can't happen magically. so in future secure your password, at least here in coinbase you have chance to recover. Imagine this situation happened with your desktop wallet. So be cautions when setting password and authentication next time

Wait few days they may respond you and have you answered all of the questions they have asked? If so wait for them to verify your answers and make you able to login. However i personally don't like coinbase like web wallets where you don't have full access to your bitcoin i like blockchain.info and electrum atleast we don't have to wait for answers from their support and our account will not get locked for several days.

If this is due to my account is disable. Then for support coinbase email, it is better writing a Subject : My coinbase account is disable.

I hope this is not hack. Because, if it is due to hack that means steal, but if it is due to disable my account then gone to bad for me.
