First Loan Shark, as I have emailed you, I rechecked the information and was found to be incorrect and I have edited my posts accordingly to show that I was incorrect. Next, you are not a newbie. If you were, you would not be so well versed in this and how things here work/run, so why didn't you open up in your real account? (Don't care, just curious). Next, you are not an attorney. If you were, you would not be opening a loan service here to make "a living". I run a pretty good service as well as others on here, and I think they will agree, there is no living being made here. Next, any attorney knows that the claims you speak of are considered libel and in order for you to prove them, you need to first prove who owns this account. Also, any real attorney would not be on here looking to make a living offering $ .65 to $65 dollar loans. I know this because I have studied law for a lot longer than what you have, though I choose not to become an attorney. One thing you might want to look up next time you do some legal research would be what the penalty is for impersonating an officer of the law??? Lawyers are officers of the law and you are claiming you are one, so I would rethink that statement and delete that.
Don't think that your threat to report me prompted my change of my posts. Actually you are doing yourself an injustice because you have one of the posts still up because you quoted it. I edited my post, for I found that I was wrong and I did overlook 2 things, and that is what a reputable person will do, admit when they are wrong. Usually when a user changes they password with in last 72 hours, it shows up on their trust as a orange statement, like the email change did. This did not happen for some reason. The reason for the statements to begin with is that the member who took the loan from you seemed off. They claimed to have received a past loan, but, if you checked, the loan went into their account and back out at the same time. It also seemed off that they paid it back with no interest. Next you jump in as a newbie and grant this loan without checking why the other loan looked funny.
Hello knightkon,
This is to clear up your previous statement, quoted above.
1. I am a lawyer.
2. I am doing this for fun. The daily life of being a lawyer is stressful and believe it or not, this forum gave me a chance in relaxing myself.
3. I don't intend to earn from this. (see above)
4. My best account here is Jr. Member. Impressed? Believe it or not, and I swear this under the pains of perjury even if this statement is not under oath, this is the truth.
5. I am well versed in this because I did my research and would like to thank you and the other Creditors in this section. If you examined my thread, it would reflect how other lenders made theirs.
6. I learned through asking people and studying threads.
7. I thank you for admitting your mistake and repairing the damage done.
8. Regarding t2yax, in all honesty, this transaction was my first. I get why you are saying that this one seemed shady. I would say, this was a newbie mistake on my part, as I did not check the background thoroughly of t2yax before approving the loan.
9. The problem with this forum is that all newbies are, automatically adjudged as scammers. I respect how trust works in this forum, but I hope there would be some way to allow newcomers like me to do what we want. Especially when newcomers have a real good intention.
10. I hope we could put everything behind us and hope to be your friend in the future if we could.
Thank you.
