Say there was a spammer who just posted 10 times consecutively with garbage on 1 thread.  Should I report every single one of those posts or report only one?
Does reporting all of them making it easier for the moderators?

If you report one and leave a comment saying to check the person's other posts in the thread, thats probably the best way to go. Reporting them all can kind of fill up the Reports que, and that gets kind of messy. I find that whenever I make a mistake and mark something as handled or a bad report, its normally because it was sandwiched between a bunch of similar reports like what you are asking about, and I misclicked.
