i have been mining with http://www.bitcoinplus.com for 2 days now and it is very slow i have tried installing GUIMiner with no luck i just get an error msg come on launch (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=163793.0) so i am looking for a easy to use miner for CPU mining, i know it will be very slow but i want to do it for fun... could any one recommend any easy to use miners for cpu? ( i am running ubuntu and win7) or a cheap way to get started with GPU mining ? all i have atm is a laptop... is it possible to have a GPU array somehow connected to this?

For cpu mining, you might want to try: https://github.com/pooler/cpuminer

I prefer cgminer, but its not optimized for CPU.
