If you are talking about this coin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1103868.0
It seems dead looking at the exchanges - meaning that it will be very hard to liquidate the collateral in case you default.  Therefore, it is not considered a valid collateral.

, it can still be sold
It's on bittrex with 0 x 1 sat spread which has stalled it last couple weeks. However there are those looking to buy them still privately and on cryptopia for less than 1 sat.

"This market is in danger of de-listing due to low trade volume and lack of user interest. so i doubt it will be easy to recover the money of the lender incase you default here, there is even no buy orders so the lender would wait for someone willing to buy a dying coin

There are other markets on other exchanges. Bittrex is just one. However, thanks for your opinion.

Why dont you sell those crypto coins instead for a big ammount here, i dont believe somone will risk their bitcoins within a coin without alsmost no value, soo op you should find a better colateral like your account and reduce the loan ammount.
