now I got 26Mh/s

I'm using the ROM from the site below on 2 cards and one hashes at 28.8 and the other at 29.3. Works great!
rodrirui copied the values from boysie's popular RX 480 reference rom.

The command prompt method is preferred (ATI Flash) because Windows has a lot of processing going on and there is the slight possibility that a program or service could interrupt the ROM flashing, resulting in a bricked card. If you brick your RX 480, there are many guides on how to unbrick your card.

This one is for the Reference card and I have never taken off the backplate of the MSI RX 480, but hopefully it is similar. I recommend finding a comfirmed guide for the MSI RX 480 before you start. I just went ahead and did it with ATIWINFLASH without a problem by killing most of the running apps.

I have a Kill-A-Watt plugged in for the entire system so I am unsure of the actual draw of the individual MSI RX 480.
