This site claims to be able to let you buy bitcoins using Paypal. However you cannot dispute the transaction after you send the money because it is not a good.

There are also signs this site is fake:
1. Fake address.
2. Hidden whois info
3. broken links - ToS

I was stupid and lost $200. Sent an email to the support but they never replied.

Also it needs to be removed from the bitcoin wiki:https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/How_To_Buy_Bitcoins_With_Your_Credit_Card#Coin-ex.org

Using Paypal with crypto currencies is against the TOS so yeah uhhh
Knowingly violating the rules of Paypal is very shady.. and risky beyond belief.
Anyone who supports this behavior is scammy .
