Same as others said here  being  an escrow would not be an easy  thing at all you would really need to have a  high trust  on this  forum and    you should consider yourself  on having  also a  high rank account to be trusted enough. Building  trust  is hard and  would really takes time for you to build  up.

Some of the criteria are need get a filled by yours before became escrow person,
1. Long and good history in this forum.
2. Always to be online because a lot of individuals will use your service.
3. Need a lot of recommendation and testimony, and already have a proof right result for every transaction.
4. Rank is also giving effect to your trust.

but i don't think if in this time will be an easy for to be escrow person, too many a good escrow is already in here.

It is hard to become escrow unless you are old member here and people know you, otherwise people will think you are scammer and not going to trust you at all

If you use members on this forum I suggest to find someone with good trust and recommendations. Maybe is the best option to use someone you know and trus, like a friend or so.

If you are looking for an escrow then you can search on this forum trusted member, but if you are interested to be an escrow then you should build a good reputation in this forum often do transaction is one way to gain reputation, becoming an escrow is not easy just look like easy

You need to know that to become an escrow is not a day job, you cannot just come as a newbie create accout and start offering escrow services. When a newbie comes to offer an escrow service even in real life the person is a trusted one the forum members would take him to be a big scammer. OP you need to work very hard in order to gain rank and trust towards achieving the goal of becoming an escrow service provider.

Many people replied your thread but there aren't some small and important tasks.
Your have to be old member of this forum with your old account, rank legendary member and people must know who you are. You must make some successful exchanged or services on this forum because when someone has successful work with you, thsn they will give you trust on your profile and they will give recomendation you like there are about campaign managers.
So it's not easy and you must make something to trust people you, if you will be like neutral than people won't trust you in many things.

1. a bunch of good feedback or rating from people who had made or had done deals with you in the past,not the fake ones
2. be sure you can control your mind from turning out to be scammer
3. building up trust by doing such a good activities on specific place and giving proof that you won't running with money

Making   escrow  on to   yourself  would not be an easy thing to do and  it would really require time  to build  trust  on  your account.  As other  members said  here  you must  build   strong  trust  among  forum members   in here  regarding  on bitcoin transactions and    you would   recieve  positive   comment  about  your service that  youve done  and  shows to the   public that you are  a  reputable  one  because   no one  would really trust  you  if  your account does  have  only a neutral  trust how  much more on  having a  negative trust.

If you are thinking to enter this type of service here in forum, you must consider first to have a high rank maybe senior member would do. Because many will not trust newbie accounts like you do unless you had a past transaction and built up good history of trading with a lot of trusted people here in forum maybe that can be considered, but still people will rely on rank. And besides there are a lot of escrow already in the market, so the competition is already tough.

Its always better to have an Escrow while trading with unknown person.Its because that person can easily cheat you as some of my friends had faced such situations.

In my view, being an escrow is really a hard task. Most of the users here consider the forum to be an source for passive income, but when it comes to an escrow. He needs to be active as well needs to generate good trust rate. The trust rate and the feedback's were the one which gets him assigned with the work of escrow.

All that you said are true but the most important to me is second point because it is very unlikey that a person who acts as an escrow will not able to control is emotions. Money can do anything nor change your mindset. But, what I believe here, people will afraid to risk their reputation which was not built on single day.
